Warranty
All Nejo rackets come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Manufacturing defects include:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as (scratches, paint chips, graphic fading, wear on the plug and other elements of the paddle), misuse or accidents (such as hitting the net, wall, floor or another player's paddle), and improper handling (such as not storing it in a cool, dry place, or exposing it to high or low temperatures).
To file a claim, send an email to contact@nejopadel.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will then send you instructions on how to receive a new racket if your claim is approved.
Please note that replacement blades are not covered by warranty.
